FAQ

When can I expect my order?
Intimate items, such as body creams and butters, are made to order to ensure a fresh, quality product. Please allow up to 24 hours to make and package your personal batch prior to shipping. Delivery is dependent on Canada Post but typically up to 5 business days during off-season, 2 weeks at most during peak season (ie. christmas, black friday etc.)

What do I do if my tracking number states that my package has been delivered but I have not received it?
To avoid mishaps, I always select the "Do Not Safe Drop" option provided by Canada Post when creating your shipping label. If you have not received a 'delivered' package, please contact Canada Post to help locate your package. Have a glance also at your neighbor's doorstep to see if your package was dropped off at the wrong house. If Canada Post was not able to recover your package, please send me an email at goodnaturale@gmail.com so we can investigate further.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the US at a flat fee of $20

Do you accept returns?
Due to the sensitive nature of the products, I am not able to accept returns - but I will work to make it right. Please send me an email as soon as you receive a damaged or incorrect item for a replacement. Other concerns can be addressed based on your needs.

Candle Burning Tips & Warning:
The first time you light your candle sets the stage for how well your wood wick candle will perform throughout its life. Safely light your new candle and let the wax melt reach the edges of the jar before putting out the flame to avoid your candle from tunneling. The first burn should be at least 1.5 - 2 hours.
Trim the wood wick where it naturally breaks off prior to lighting your candle. Never light a candle unattended and burn within sight. Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire, and please keep out of reach of children and pets.
IMPORTANT: Near the end of your wood wick candle, please be mindful that the adhesive between the wick clip and glass jar may have weakened due to flame's heat. Keep away from drafts and vibrations that may cause the wick to slide from it's place. Left over wax may be scooped out when cooled and use as wax melts. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 1/4 inch of wax remains in the container.

How do I extend my item's shelf life?
To ensure your product performs to its maximum best and shelf-life, please keep water out of container and handle only with dry hands. Store product in dry, cool areas avoiding direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
